Technical Expert in the operational team
KITRUM is looking for a talented Technical Expert Assistant, who is ready to develop in the admin direction as a part of the operational team and will work with our internal systems: Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator.
Required skills
— Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js
— Understanding of Loops and Functions
— Experience with Web Scraping and Web Browser automation (Puppeteer/Selenium etc.).
— Knowledge of JSON format: ability to read JSONs and work with them
— Knowledge of CSV format: ability to write and parse CSV files
— Basic knowledge of API: ability to send requests and parse the response
— Experience with Google Sheets API (Read/Write data)
— Ability to work with a huge scope of data
— English level: Intermediate and higher

Responsibilities
— Automation and improvements inside our productivity tools (Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator)
— Create new modules/forms based on requirements
— Develop Automations using workflows and custom functions (Zoho Deluge language)
— Track the workflow failures and fix the issues
— Suggest Ideas that could make our lives easier and implement them
— Set up the sync of data inside Zoho Products
— Communicate with the Operations team to be informed about any changes in data structure and fix the workflows appropriately
— Restrict duplicates
— Update records in our data sources based on requirements
