We are growing fast and looking for Administrative Coordinator in Administrative Team.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assist expats from China, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines with relocation
  • Assist expats with preparation of documents and correspondence
  • Provide oral and written translation (from English into Ukrainian/Russian and vice versa) between Chinese expats, Ukrainian employees and representatives of different organizations the Company interacts with
  • Accompany expats to different state and other organizations for documents submission and receival, to medical centers for testing and doctor’s visiting, when translation is required
  • Assist expats with settlement of any possible issues on renting the apartments and accommodation
  • Be in touch with expatriate employees in order to provide timely assistance
  • Administrate proper and smooth office functioning including but not limited to: the purchase of office services and supplies: cafeteria, stationary, cleaning; taking inventory; etc.
  • Perform other various tasks, based on the business needs and set by the Line Manager

Requirements:  

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field 
  • English B2 at least
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, legal and financial literacy
  • High skills of business communication and business correspondence
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
  • Team player with high level of flexibility
  • Knowledge of general office, workflow
  • Advanced user of MS Office products (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
