Requirements

  • Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin Chinese) and English above the upper intermediate level, communication with clients in Chinese and English, correspondence

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position or Office Manager/Admin Specialist/Customer Care positions in middle-large companies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • PC, MS Office proficiency

  • Experience in the IT-sphere will be a plus

Tasks

  • Provide oral and written translation (from Mandarin Chinese/Chinese into Ukrainian/Russian, into English, from English into Ukrainian/Russian and vice versa) between Chinese speaking expats, Ukrainian employees and representatives of different organizations the Company interacts with
  • Accompany expats to different state and other organizations for documents submission and receival, to medical centers for testing and doctor’s visiting, when translation is required
  • Search of information, requested by expats on Ukrainian and other web-sites and other information sources
  • Assist expats with settlement of any possible issues on renting the apartments and accommodation.  
  • Provide administrative assistance to Line Manager and other company employees on all the office related activities. Assist expats and office employees with preparation of documents, correspondence, presentations, etc
  • Be in touch with expatriate employees 24/7 (by mobile connection as a minimum) in order to provide timely assistance
