Retail Site Assurance Team Lead

Job Purpose:

• Ensure control over integrity of site assets (fuel, CR stocks and cash) by development and implementation of remote-control tools;
• Detect the actual and prevent the potential losses and various kinds of fraud by monitoring the site asset reconciliation and POS transactions across retail network;
• Ensure the integrity of site staff performance by providing reports and investigations on critical situations and conducting ad hoc site checks along with site staff trainings.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, improve and implement analytical tools used to ensure business integrity across network;
• Perform a constant remote monitoring and deliver reports on critical situations to the Company management and Group;
• Perform regularly site ad hoc audits and incident investigations;
• Prepare reports on internal audit results and communicate them to the stakeholders within the Company;
• Co-operate with accounting office in improving asset inventory procedures;
• Accountability for the Business Case approvals for anti-fraud measures
• Provide methodical and analytical support to territory managers and site managers in improving control in WSM and site staff performance;
• Monitor implementation of measures, prescribed by audit checks and analytical reports;
• Ensure effective cooperation with contractors (FMC and other third parties)
• Perform RSAA team management
• Collaborate with CEE RSA Team

Requirements (education, skills and experience):

• Higher education;
• Excellent analytical skills is a must;
• Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred;
• Oil&Gas/Fuel retail industry experience preferred;
• Advanced PC skills (experienced user of MS Excel, PPT, 1C etc.) is a must;
• Knowledge of English language (intermediate/upper-intermediate level);
• Work experience in audit;
• Ability to see the bigger picture;
• Deep knowledge of retail fuel site performance processes will be an advantage;
• Team-player, responsible & independent person;
• Valid driving license category B and minimum 2 years of driving experience;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine (50% of working time).
