IT Recruiter

These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

- You are the bridge between applicants and business managers and decide who best meets the technical and personal requirements of the project

- You will conduct daily interviews with engineers in English

- You independently arrange video interviews with candidates and keep track of the recruitment process

- After the interview, you create profiles and advocate for the deployment of your candidates with the customer

- Strong English communication skills (B2-C1) written and spoken, German is a plus
