About the Project:

We are looking for an Expert in the development of internal information systems based on Microsoft suite of products. You will champion the company wide migration to Office 365. You will be working with the Brightgrove internal systems which are supposed to be heavily used in the company to support internal workflows in Sales, HR, Delivery, Infrastructure Administration, Information Security, Quality management processes, etc. The systems need to get properly customized and configured, the user groups need to get properly trained. We are almost at 400 contractors today with a goal to grow up to 500 within the next year. All suggested solutions need to be flexible and scalable.

About the Team:

You will collaborate with Executive, Sales, HR, Recruitment, Delivery, IT Support, Legal and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration to Office 365 suite of apps like MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint sites and Forms, etc. which should support the corporate business needs
• Build and customize Microsoft Office365 ecosystem across the corporate infrastructure
• Interview major user groups and suggest workflows optimization and automation
• Train users, support and troubleshoot issues
• Recommend, create and roll out an issue tracking and support system

Required Skills:

• Development and configuration of solutions on Office 365 applications (SharePoint Online, Office 365 Groups, PowerApps, Flow, etc.), as well as leading enterprise-wide migrations
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint development lifecycle in support of multiple user groups
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture and different application models, as well as their pros and cons
• Technical back-end knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint system design and architecture, development, testing, deployment and maintenance utilizing MS .NET stack, MS SQL, etc.
• Experience in troubleshooting web-based application issues
