FrontEnd Developer for Automotive Services Projects

About the customer

Our client is a reputable German-based company specializing in Adobe CQ development (also known as CQ5).  For 15 years, the goal of our customer's every project is to achieve top-level performance. The company has been growing continuously since its founding. With over 50 employees, they design and implement customer-tailored websites and online platforms that help their clients follow their business agenda.

About the project

Our partner currently has 2 big projects in AEM 6.3 and TouchUI. The first one will handle around 80 different languages and the second - around 40 languages. One of these projects will be connected with the external systems and databases. And another big AEM 6.3 project is going to start later at the beginning of this year. All of the existing projects have been updated to AEM 6.2 and are going to have development topics continuously.

About the team

The team consists of AEM Developers, Front-end Developers, DevOps Engineers, Project Manager, and Product Owner. The team is distributed between offices in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and Dusseldorf, Germany. A friendly working atmosphere and team spirit are granted.

Responsibilities

• Work with backend developers and product owners based on Agile Methodology (Scrum)
• Optimize projects with a focus on usability, compatibility, and performance
• Implement FrontEnd features in modern web applications, usually AEM
• Develop modern, functional, and intuitive user interfaces
• Evaluate and implement new FrontEnd frameworks/technologies

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing responsive web FrontEnd in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript
• Good knowledge of the most common designer tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Level of English - Intermediate 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AEM
• German language skills
