Technical Service Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to further strengthen our Technical Services Department and to install, service and support our Product line.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation, service and support of the IGT product line throughout the Ukraine.
• Take the lead with organisation and execution of installations, field service visits, conversions and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, from identification though root cause analysis both on site and via telephone, email, whats app and other forms of communication.
• Create and enhance positive customer relationships.
• Provide technical support on internal projects.
• Provide technical support to team members and colleagues throughout IGT. 
• Provide guidance and training to our customers.

Skill requirements

We are looking for a goal orientated, proactive individual with competencies and attributes in
 the following areas:

• Preferentially a minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry is required.
• Knowledge and experience of IGTs product line is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of Casino Management Systems.
• Field Service experience in a similar or comparable business.
• A relevant qualification in electrical, electronics, PC hardware, Telecommunications or similar. 
• A good working knowledge of MS office tools, Excel, Word, Visio.
• Excellent organisational skills, a service minded team player that will fit in the informal but strong company culture.
• A valid driving license is required.
