Content manager&Senior Copywriter

We're looking for an experienced professional Content manager&Senior Copywriter to write sales-oriented texts that would be posted on our company website and external sites to increase traffic and bring conversions (generate leads). 

Our 'content strategy' is to create content that would help us 'voice' our company's values and achieve our business goals by meeting our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in writing conversion-oriented sales copy with metrics of efficiency such as: number of leads/number of requests/number of sales, not just traffic bringing.  

Your functions and responsibilities on this position will be:

• Write conversion-oriented articles and blog posts and proofread and rewrite the existing content.
• Prepare briefs for external vendors/copywriters. 
• Repurpose existing content (with an in-house designer) for platforms like Medium, Quora and others; reformat the content (text, video, infographics, images). 
• Work with a SEO specialist and optimize texts according to the given guidelines. 
• Build an efficient system of content creation and distribution to meet company’s sales needs and increase conversion. In close cooperation with marketing and SMM teams.

About the candidates:

• University degree in economics, international law, management; humanities less preferrable 
• Fluent writing English skills are required
• A minimum of 4-year practical work experience writing copy for international companies in practice areas:   

- IT outsourcing 

- Outsourcing & outstaffing

- Global HR and legal consulting; staffing; recruiting 

- Global payroll 

- Global mobility and compliance 

• At least 2-year experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B, writing content for HR, payroll, finance, IT and Telecom industries; strong experience working as an outreach campaigns specialist / journalist / copywriter Fluent English is required.
• A mature manager with a calm, systemic approach, can manage a team of other people without overlooking their own tasks.
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Important: capable of deep understanding of a global PEO service; understanding of the main differences from other alternatives, deep knowledge of the key benefits (for different clients based on avatar). Make conversion-oriented copy based on that.
• Clear conversion-oriented focus; good at figures and able to use it in conversion-oriented copy to the client. Fast at learning and implementing learnt ideas.
• Experience in managing external vendors/copywriters (freelancers). 
• Deep understanding of a marketing funnel/pipeline.
• Understanding of Google page rank principles and ability to build and outreach strategy based on that.
• Knowledge of serpstat/semrush SEO tools would be ideal. 
• Professional knowledge of SEO principles for content (keywords, content relevance).
• Knowledge of basic marketing metrics: CPL, CPC
