We're looking for a motivated hands-on Marketing Manager that can help achieve our marketing objectives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and understand tactics, including lead-generation and conversion, and lead-nurturing tools. Through the execution of a diverse range of programs, this candidate will manage our organization's day-to-day marketing activities while developing and caring for the long-term strategy. The candidate will work in team with an internal media and marketing team, and report to a CMO.
About the position:
- Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across a variety of channels;
- Monitor, optimize, and report on current marketing strategies and ad campaigns performance
- Control over content creation and distribution to increase traffic to company websites (together with an outreach campaigns specialist); content writing, ad copy writing, rewriting and proofreading the copy by external vendors
- SMM: develop and implement social media strategies for brands and individuals to align with business goals and growth campaigns - including, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, and Twitter;
- Ensuring posting with the required frequency; control and reporting
- Visitor to lead to client journeys creation and technical setup with in-house team and external vendor; landing pages and lead magnets creation to generate more subscribers and incoming leads;
- Proactively engage audiences online to drive favorable brand conversations Participation in redesign / launch of company websites. Writing the terms of reference for developers, control over execution
- Develop email marketing plans to increase the number of incoming leads; manage physical newsletter design and international distribution;
- Develop creative content partnership campaigns;
- Create and write compelling sales and marketing collateral for the sales team
- Organize and manage competitors' analysis, budgeting, and reporting;
About our candidate:
- Degree in marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing is a strong plus;
- Fluent English; Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)Proficiency with the key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter);Successful record of executed social/digital campaigns; experience in digital marketing: lead-gen campaigns setup & analytics, email marketing, ppc ads
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems; experience in content preparation - lead magnets and any other information products (examples of works will be required)
- Knowledge of SMM principles, Linkedin tools will be a great plus; knowledge of outreach campaigns principles
