Receptionist

Currently, we are looking for a Receptionist for our Kharkiv office.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken and written English is a must;
• 2+ years of relevant experience is a must;
• Strong PC user (MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet) and office equipment user;
• Ability to multitask, have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Very good communication and presentation skills;
• Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with a sense of humor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries;
• Guide callers to the right person or department;
• Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
• Maintaining security by following procedures, issuing visitor badges;
• Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
• Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
• Making all necessary orders for office needs;
• Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;
• Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages, etc.
