Junior Recruiter

Currently, we are looking for a  Junior Recruiter for our Kyiv office (Campus Hiring department).

REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken and written English is a must;
• Higher education (ready to consider a graduate from the University);
• Advanced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (version 2010 and higher);
• Advanced in Business writing communication;
• Knowledge of IT specifics will be a plus;
• Work experience in IT or service company will be a plus;
• Experience organizing events will be a plus;
• Experience working with students or in youth public organizations will be a plus;
• Ability to multitask, have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with sense of humor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting training activities (up to 20 training events a month);
• Dealing with internal systems for training registration and reporting;
• Organizing and conducting interviews with new candidates;
• Participation in online events, public speaking.
