DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for an IT Recruiter for our Ivano-Frankivsk office to make the team even stronger.

Today we are a team of result-oriented recruiters who help strong vision of developing business with key stakeholders. EPAM helps to transform the world with the power of software, enabling our customers to be competitive and disruptive in the marketplace through innovative technology solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry (3+ years for Senior position)
• Clear understanding of main IT technologies: Java, Front End, DevOps .NET, Testing etc
• Possibility to keep great relationship with hiring managers
• Willingness to work with KPI’s
• Data-driven approach of hiring
• Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate’s onboarding
• Good at problem solving and in planning and pipeline management (operations)
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
