Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Internal Mobility Staffing Consultant to coordinate the staffing process for EPAM employees relocating from different EPAM locations to the USA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Match properly IM candidates coming from IM Coordinators with US open positions coming from US Staffing
• Ensure EPAM business priorities as well as employees' personal preferences are taken into account
• Cover full staffing process from positions' search to job offer acceptance

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work with big amount of information flows and set priorities
• Problem-solving mindset and “can do” attitude
• Previous experience in staffing/ recruitment/ researching is required
• B2+ English level (spoken and written)
