Senior Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist for our EPAM UA Internal Communications Team.       

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement PR, brand and communication strategies through the creation and maintaining of communications plans, messages and assets
• Develop a long-term content plan and adjust its weekly/monthly
• Develop promo campaigns from scratch and execute them
• Create compelling content that includes but is not limited to articles, interviews, posts
• Track, measure, find insights and report on Comms activities
• Build collaborative relationships with different teams and departments within the company
• Create internal mailings and announcements
• Perform spelling and grammar checks of content in Russian, Ukrainian and English
• Perform other duties as requested related to this role
• Cooperate with designers/video production specialists/other specialists in terms of promo materials creation
• Support internal social network groups
• Lead other internal communication projects

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Communications/ Marketing/ PR
• Ability to work with a big volume of information and its structuring
• Good understanding of project management principles
• Great communication skills
• Maturity to work without direct supervision
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2+), both written and spoken
• Degree in Journalism/Communications, as well as basic design skills, would be a plus
