DESCRIPTION

Our client is a global leader in financial indexing, benchmarking, and analytic services. Their high-performance technology solutions enable companies worldwide to access funds for growth and development. Our client provides a comprehensive, integrated suite of trusted financial market infrastructure services.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in .NET Software Engineering 
• In-depth Cloud experience (any)
• Profound knowledge of .NET Framework/Core/5 and ASP.NET
• Thorough knowledge of WCF and SOAP services, this is a must
• Extensive knowledge of one or more RDBMS databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc).
• Experience using CI/CD pipeline to provision infrastructure and deploy applications on AWS (Jenkins, Cake (C# Make), Packer)
• Knowledge of Unit Testing strategies and best practices (NUnit, XUnit, MSTestV2, TypeMock, Moq, NSubstitute)
• Experience with Gitlab, code reviews, and branching/merging strategies
• Good technical communication skills. Can effectively communicate technically detailed designs to non-technical team members
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE

• AWS or Cloud experience and familiarity with AWS architecture best practices (Lambda, EC2, S3, SQS)
• Expertise in internal tools like Pipeline Factory
• Experience with architecture and design and data modelling
• Prior experience delivering a high profile project under stringent deadlines
• Prior experience migrating on-prem infrastructures to cloud in a cost-efficient way
• Experience developing and maintaining software infrastructures for financial services domain
