DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a Lead Experience Designer to join our Digital Strategy & Experience Design team in Kyiv. 

Today we have five dozens of designers who are a part of distributed global design group of 600 + multi-discipline designers (service, industrial, game designers etc.). We are passionate at what we do — helping organizations use design to create valuable customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to experience design concepts helping to both develop compelling user experiences, and also taking evolving concepts to another level
• Develop digital concepts and design artefacts for products and services
• To be able to create high-quality documentation of designed deliverables including IA, journeys and page frameworks
• Contribute to the UX from research and discovery to design and build
• Participate in presentations
• Demonstrate an understanding and the practice of UX Strategy, Design Research, IA/Interaction design, Service design and Product Development
• Support user research activities, gather and organise findings

 REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years’ user-centered design expertise
• Proficiency with design & prototyping tools
• Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas & detailed design to customers
• Experience in organizing and leading effective process inside design team according to agile methodologies
• Storyteller — be able to compellingly communicate the story of design solutions to clients
• You are curious, self-driven and motivated
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
