DESCRIPTION

Our client is US leading provider of business information and analytics. It is a global company with proven experts in areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations.

Currently, we are looking for .NET Software Engineer with solid professional skills. The project is in active development and business maintenance stage after extensive knowledge transition process as part of engagement following end-to-end delivery. We expect, candidate will be responsible for deliverables, assigned to and be able to work without tight supervision both technical and management. 

The project requires maintenance and development of a large platform, which is written using a mix of technologies: Classic ASP w/ VBScript, COM, ASP.NET MVC 2.0/2.1, Web API, MS SQL, HTML/CSS/Javascript.

Scrum team consists of onsite and offshore Delivery Managers, .NET Team Leads, Business Analyst,.NET engineers and QA engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, code, test, and debug web applications
• Follow development best practices
• Focus on a quality
• Perform development testing to ensure implemented work matches expected requirements and quality
• Carefully review requirements on product backlog refinement/grooming meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in software development 
• Strong knowledge of C#
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of WebAPI
• Experience with SQL (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles, as well as SOLID principles and WHY they need to be applied and WHEN
• Experience with Unit/Integration testing
• Familiarity with GoF patterns
• Customer communication experience
• Understanding the basics of conflict resolution
