Soft Skills Trainer

EPAM Systems has continuous process of improving both Soft and Tech skills of employees of all levels. Now we are hiring Learning and Development Specialist for Lviv Delivery location, who will be responsible for conducting Soft skills events in Lviv location and Globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal execution of Soft Skills training events (as per the monthly norm - 40 hrs)
• Creation of a new training events on demand and update existing ones
• Creation training events syllabus for training catalogue
• Preparation of pre- and post-tests to training events, running focus groups, gathering training requirements from internal customers and training modification if required
• Providing feedback on training participants
• Answering participants questions after the training
• Adding at least one new training in trainer's portfolio once in a quarter
• Improving training competencies
• To be a part of professional grow and assessment/evaluation processes
• Building trustful partnership with production management & HR as well as production experts involved into training & development activities
• Promoting training & development
• programs & services in the region/on the company level
• Sharing responsibility for the quality of services offered in the region

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational/psychological background
• Experience in conducting training events
• C1 of written and spoken English
• Outstanding communicative skills, ability to work under pressure, initiative, accuracy, personal responsibility for the results
