Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant for our Kyiv office (department for work with Trainees).

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education (ready to consider a graduate from the University);
• Advanced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (version 2010 and higher);
• Advanced in Business writing communication;
• Spoken and written English level B1+ (CEFR) and higher.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of IT specifics;
• Work experience in IT or service company;
• Experience organizing events;
• Work with Students or in youth public organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting training activities (up to 20 training events a month);
• Supporting mentoring programs;
• Dealing with internal systems for training registration and reporting;
• Conduct interviews with new candidates.
