Senior Learning and Development Specialist

EPAM Systems has continuous process of improving both Soft and Tech skills of employees of all levels. Now we are looking for a Senior Learning and Development specialist who will be responsible for developing and supporting delivery of engineering development programs in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop, adopt and support delivery of engineering development training events

· Engage and work with Trainers/Lectors/Mentors

· Collect metrics and create reports on service metric(s) and KPI(s)

· Conduct pre- and post-training activities (trainees' assessment/testing, learning coaching, Q&As, tools' demo, feedback analysis and course optimization, etc.)

· Learn and leverage experience in learning technologies to serve as a subject matter expert for internal support

· Develop training delivery strategies specific to study scope and complexity

· Develop new training mechanisms, services and materials to expand training offerings and meet client requests

· Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

· Work experience in B2B segment more than 2 years;

· Good knowledge of English (Upper Intermediate level and higher);

· Excellent business communication skills: both verbal and written;

· Brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness;

· Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data;

· High responsibility and engagement into the process;

· Being a goal-oriented team player
