DESCRIPTION
Our customer provides property information, analytics, and data-enabled services in North America, Western Europe, and the Asia Pacific. The company provides its services to mortgage lenders, brokers, credit unions, commercial banks, investment banks, fixed-income investors, real estate agents, MLS companies, property and casualty insurance companies, government agencies, and government-sponsored enterprises.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration field:
- Onboarding/Offboarding for new employees in EPAM and client's systems
- Helping Delivery Managers/Team Leads with assignments on the projects
- Tracking of internal staffing system statuses accuracy
- Other regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks not related to finance or legal
HR field:
- Coordination of Background check's process for different locations, consolidation of results/follow-ups on checks
- Badges creation and distribution among team members
- Tracking of policy's accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- HR administration background will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data
- Complete higher education, preferably in Finance, Management, Social Science fields
- Upper-intermediate spoken and written English level
