ServiceDesk/Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily processing and analysis of internal clients' request, investigating the reason of their occurrence
• Coordination of responses from other company's departments
• Analysis of provided services quality, timely SLA review
• Written requests coordination/queries of internal clients addressed to the respective departments
• Preparation of reports including statistical information and data on internal clients' requests
• Monitoring of the queries' trends
• Informational support for employees involved to queries processing

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education (ready to consider a graduate from the University)
• Advanced using MS Office
• Advanced Business writing communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations and attention to details
• Good communication skills, proactivity
• Readiness to work in a busy and monotonous environment
• Knowledge of IT specifics will be a plus
• Intermediate or higher spoken and written English level (B1, CEFR)
