Associate Human Resources Specialist

DESCRIPTION

This is a role within an organizational unit, which will allow you to apply your exceptional knowledge to all the processes related to people management. We are searching for a communicative and curious, open-minded and pro-active candidate lead by example and plainly solve conflicts and find compromises. An ideal candidate possesses both excellent analytical skills and restless creative mind, and is always eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Conduct constant support during adaptation process of employees
• Create and distribute documents
• Maintain the communication within account
• Provide customer service to organization employees
• Set appointments and arrange meetings
• Deal with event management (team building and recognition events)
• Compile reports and spreadsheets
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, personal assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details
• Intermediate or higher English level (B1+)
