Your mission

• Building up Cluster F&B for 2 hotels
• Planning departmental budgets
• Achievement of hotels profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls
• Following guest satisfaction targets and team member satisfaction goals
• F&B team recruitment, training, development and motivation
• Regular monitoring of compliance with quality and service standards
• Organisation and holding of promotions and events

Our requirements

• Strong passion for the restaurant business
• Good knowledge of the latest trends in restaurant business
• Analytical skills
• A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, menu engineering, sales and marketing
• Experience of inspiring a team to achieve goals, training and development team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English and Ukrainian both written and spoken
• Well developed computer skills (including MS Office, Micros)
