BSG.World is an international mobile virtual network operator and an SMS provider with its own SAAS platform, an automated SMS testing system and 24-hour technical support.
We are looking for Customer support representative
What is important to us:
- work experience in the Support department;
- B2+ level of English;
- experience in working with international clients;
- skills in installing and configuring client application software;
- skills of independent troubleshooting, the ability to troubleshoot;
- independence in work;
- desire to learn and improve your skills;
- Understanding how the API works will be a huge plus;
- Experience in telecom (SMS in particular) will be a plus.
What you have to do:
- providing a high level of customer service;
- providing information and technical support to the company's clients;
- timely processing of requests from clients, prioritization of applications;
- determination and tracking of ways to solve the problem at the request of the client;
- outbound activity for current customers in order to monitor their satisfaction.
