Responsibilities:

— Preparing technical requirements and documentation.
— Identify and analyze project stakeholders.
— Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with developers, designers, QA, and external customers.
— Improvement of BA department processes.
— Clarifying requirements, ensuring clarity, and sufficiency of those. Managing change requests.
— Specifying requirements as User Stories & Tasks to guide new features development. Support team in requirements clarifications.
— Participating in the review of backlog, work on road-map, and prioritization for upcoming releases.
— Participating in Agile ceremonies.
— Proactively identifying and effectively assessing improvement opportunities.

Required skills:

— 2+ years of professional experience in business analysіs.in IT
— Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile development processes.
— QA background will be a plus.
— Good time-management skills.
— Experience in writing documentation for developers.
— Experience in identifying, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements of customers.
— Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

— the previous position as QA Engineer will be a plus.
