Logistics Expert

We are FirstFIve and now we working on opening Ukrainian branch for TCM Digital

We are seeking experienced Logistics Operational experts. We are an expanding e-Commerce company with successful brands present in different marketplaces around the world and we are looking for passionate logistics experts to join our growing team.

As a Logistics expert, you will take care of our full process, from supplier relationships all the way to making sure that our products and shipments will arrive in time to their destination.

Expertise, activities and duties include the following:
- Amazon Seller Central Expert
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central Global Marketplaces such as EU, AU, JP, US & CA
- Manage Dropshipping stores: Shopify, eBay
- Forecasting sales history
- Create Shipping Plans
- Generate Barcode labels
- Generate FBA labels & SKU list
- Handle International Shipments from Supplier to Warehouse destination
- Handle Amazon Cases
- Monitor & Reconcile FBA Shipments
- Create Removal Orders
- Submit reimbursement request for lost/damaged inventory
- Expert with Google sheets/Excel files for bulk orders, inventory upload & bulk replenishment.
- Expert Fulfillment Reports- generate inventory and different types of transactions through the Fulfillment report
- Generate PPC reports
- Relationship with Suppliers
- Proactive communication with third party entities and Amazon Seller Support
- Experience with Inventory Planner is an advantage
- Experience with the Monday.com project management platform is a plus
