We're looking for a self-driven Sales Development Representative to help us generate and qualify new sales opportunities through emails, chat and phone calls. Once you become an expert in Attendify's product and value proposition, you'll start selling to various industries, geographies and company sizes. As Attendify is in the midst of a major pivot to serving hybrid events, it's a great opportunity to grow with the company.

Attendify makes it easy for anyone to create an engaging virtual event experience with built-in live streaming, social networking features, content management, and more. Attendify combines a virtual event platform, mobile app and registration for a complete suite of solutions that are ready for virtual, hybrid or live event formats. We power events of all sizes, from conferences of a few hundred to trade shows that draw thousands. More than 2,500 organizations like Google, LVMH and PwC trust Attendify to boost attendee participation and deliver value to sponsors, exhibitors and other event stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Attendify's product and value proposition.
  • Build relationships and communicate our product's value to prospective clients.
  • Work with inbound and outbound leads, make first contact and generate interest.
  • Qualify new sales opportunities, book demos or close deals in some scenarios.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on leads quality.
  • Identify and create self-service resources for FAQs and recurrent interactions with customers.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and team best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfort on calls and in a consultative sales environment.
  • Problem solving mindset and skills.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Experimental mindset and practical creativity.
  • Ability to "think on feet" and come up with agile solutions quickly.

 

Nice to have but not required

  • Experience in sales or similar roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, Front or similar systems.
