Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Lead.

Role: To design and develop creative omnichannel solutions to support key commercial initiatives of CC (conventional cigarettes) brands, based on consumer insights, market trends and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of creative ideas, content-strategies on available offline and digital platforms, including, but not limited to:
    1. visibility solutions for POS
    2. communication materials (online and offline)
    3. B2B and B2C communication programs and mechanics
  • Working with designers and creative agencies (briefing them, leading them throughout the project) to create best-in-class mock-ups for POS communication materials
  • Development and management of brand communication media plan, including control of content behind, tone-of-voice and type of deliver in all available channels
  • Art-supervising of designer’s and creative partner’s materials; ensure the inflow of constantly new and fresh creative solutions through the means of engaging with best creative partners
  • Conducting analysis of campaign results (how proposed creative solutions addressed Legal Age Smoker needs, how they affected brand perception and overall performance)
  • Analyze existing and emerging trends in FMCG, communication and other consumer good trends that we can be leveraged upon and incorporated into creative output in order to achieve commercial goals

Expected outputs:

  • Key visuals and derivative visibility materials for POS
  • Communication leaflets, e-mails, newsletters
  • Communication flow and mechanics for Shop Assistants and Hostess programs
  • Consumer survey, mini-focus groups, fast-forward testing in regards to communication campaigns
  • Media plan with scripted timeline and communication content by channels for respective brand campaigns

Prerequisites:

  • Education: higher education (in Marketing, Design, Art, Communication is preferable)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Communication department, Creative agency or Media group on position of Key Account, Creative Director, Media / Communication lead; 
  • Skills: Graphic, UI/UX design, advertising design (preferable)
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in the core areas of Ad Design, Brand support campaigns. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery
  • Soft skills: communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Learning on the fly and adapting own skill-set to the business environment. Ability to work in cross-functional projects, strong project management skills and respecting tight deadlines.
