Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for Digital Analyst.
We are looking for a digital savvy analyst to join digital team (almost in-house digital agency). In this role, you will deep dive into heat maps, evaluate digital journeys in google analytics, lead A/B tests, and connect data and people (not in a way Nokia do it).
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage Google Analytics & GTM implementations (including events, goals and funnels) in order to evaluate & measure customer behavior across the journey;
- Develop & implement tagging plans;
- Visualize the data & prepare reports in in a native & ease to use way (connections the data to Data Studio, Tableau or other tools);
- Training and upskilling wider digital team to improve data usage and visibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of tracking systems (Gemius/Factum, AdRiver);
- Previous digital marketing experience or understanding the way how channels are connected and affect each other;
- Native user of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio;
- Experience with competitor benchmarking tools (ComScore and/or SimilarWeb);
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (Acquia Lift, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc);
- Experience with SQL and Tableau would be a plus;
- Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian required.
