Business Analyst

A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Business Analyst to join Consumer Experience team. We propose to work with eCommerce & CRM solutions for IQOS in Ukraine.

You will be responsible for evaluating business processes; defining and formalizing technical requirement; support of development and testing processes; troubleshooting technical issues with development team. Your main counterparts would be Product owner, Product and IT Team.

Key responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, translating business needs into system requirements
• Preparing technical specifications and system documentation
• Coordinate development team and support development process
• Perform integration testing and support UAT
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
• 1-2 year of experience on BA or similar position
• Understanding of Project Management and SDLC principles
• Good understanding of data bases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with SQL
• Understanding of web services (REST, Web API) and best practices
• Ability to translate business and stakeholders requirements into functional and non-functional product requirements
• Hands-on experience of core business analysis techniques and tools
• Experience with JavaScript/Corezoid/Node-RED will be an advantage
• Cloud services understanding (AWS, Google cloud) be an advantage
• Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies be an advantage
• English: Intermediate and higher, Russian/Ukrainian: fluent
