Philip Morris Ukraine invites for cooperation a person – Team Leader IT (HR direction) to join regional IT Corporate Deployment team. The key priority for the team is to keep close contact with People & Culture, Finance and External Affairs stakeholders in the regions to ensure end-to-end service delivery of corporate platforms.
Key teams’ responsibilities:
- enable deployment of global IT Corporate solutions in EU, EE & MEA regions
- provide insights to Platform Product Owners for future enhancements of central solutions
- support local Corporate solutions on the markets
- drive application portfolio simplification in Corporate domain
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for whole People & Culture domain in EU, EE & MEA regions and will be a key contact person for P&C Business Functions as well as for local IT teams.
The Role
Business as Usual Service Delivery:
- Drive forward the adoption and usage of P&C solutions among the user community
- Lead a team with IT Analysts across the regions
- Manage stakeholders expectations from the markets and at the regional level
- Responsible for the deployment and rollout of global P&C solutions across the regions
- Responsible for local P&C business processes evaluation, requirements anticipation and identification of areas for improvement together with the central teams (Sub Platforms) with further delivery them on the markets
- Responsible for the deployment of new functional modules in local application portfolio according to business requirements in your respective markets
- Responsible for integration between internal/external solutions
- Responsible for supplier/vendor management on the markets
About you
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate abilities in:
- Lead the team by example
- Capturing and communicating on progress of P&C projects execution with key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Demonstrating of good level of understanding of P&C processes
- Challenging requirements and processes in order to achieve alignment with the global strategy
- Setting clear (SMART) objectives to the team
- Skills and knowledge
- Multiple years’ experience in IT (preferably in the FMCG or Technology environments)
- 2+ years at Leadership position in IT
- Experience in Service Management (understanding of ITIL principles)
- Experience in Project Management / Agile / SCRUM
- Experience in IT Solutions development / deployment (.NET, SQL, AWS)
- English: Upper-Intermediate and higher
