For our Regional Consumer Omnichannel Hub team in Kyiv. We are therefore looking for a Manager, CRM!In this position you will be responsible for activating email, SMS and IM marketing campaigns for local markets, distributing CRM agency resources as needed and ensuring global initiatives are launched, following CR team functional guidelines.

You will:

  • Collaborate with markets with varying CRM knowledge and capabilities to develop quarterly and annual engagement plans to meet commercialization goals.
  • Develop CRM tactical proposals in collaboration with our Global CRM Operations' team solving business problems in markets.
  • Coordinate the successful delivery of Global CRM campaigns within Regional Omnichannel Hub to markets assigned to that Region.
  • Work closely with our global delivery centers to activate SFMC marketing campaigns in assigned markets, engaging in resource planning and advising the Regional Consumer Omnichannel Hub Head on overall team performance.
  • Highlight case studies from the markets to support capability owners & global CRM operations.
  • Increase CRM awareness in the Region by through regional workshops.
  • Maintain a feedback loop to the capability owner & operations team to improve effectiveness & efficiency of the campaigns
  • Follow SFMC capability best practices and keep up to date on capability enhancements.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Understanding of CRM platforms and demonstrated deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency with other marketing automation tools and capabilities a plus.
  • Strong data-driven mentality to identify key opportunities for campaign improvements
  • Experience with customer loyalty and discount programs to increase customer retention as well as acquisition via advocacy
  • Hands-on experience with email and mobile retention marketing
  • Analytical skills with Power BI and Google Analytics knowledge
  • Communicative and customer-centric
  • Ability to work in diverse teams, well-organized, strong attention to detail
  • Previous work experience in CRM management within B2C corporate or start-up
  • Experience with a global company / large massively matrixed organization a plus
  • HTML/CSS skills a plus
  • University degree in Business Administration/ Marketing
  • Information Systems Management, Technology Management or related field a plus
  • Native language capability for markets being serviced is preferred
