Intern (Inkompass Program 2020)

INKOMPASS is a unique 2-cycle internship program at Philip Morris International (PMI), which enables you to DISCOVER yourself through challenges and cultural diversity.

The goal of the program is to prepare you for a fulfilling career, giving you a chance to be hired by Philip Morris International the leading international tobacco company even before you graduate!

We invite interns to join our Sales department.

Who can apply?

We are looking for highly motivated 4th - 6th year students or graduates 2019-2020 with Upper-Intermediate level of English, who are thirsty for learning and willing to challenge the status quo.

You will be given the opportunity to:

• Work on real business projects that will help you to ENHANCE portable skills
• Receive personalized development plan, feedback and COACHING

PROGRAM PLAN

• Application: March 10th - May 10th
• Online test completion deadline - May 10th
• 1st Internship cycle July 1st - December 18th
• Program break
• 2nd Internship cycle January 2021 - June 2021.

There can be some flexibility with the start / end date depending on your individual curriculum.
