IT Systems Analyst

Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation a person - System Analyst to join IT Commercial Systems team. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes, build interfaces and providing their integration with internal/external solutions, as well as ensuring troubleshoot arising issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Provide integration and build interfaces with internal/external solutions.
• Writing specifications for features and products.
• Deploy new functional modules according to business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide fixes that address root cause of specific problem.

Requirements:

• 0,5-1 years of experience with MS SQL Server Database/Integration Services
• 0,5-1 years of experience in programming (preferably C#)
• Understanding of ITIL principles would be a plus
• Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies would be a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Good communication skills
• Good teamwork and collaboration
• English: Upper-Intermediate and higher
• Fluent Russian and Ukrainian
