Tax Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Execute all tax matters (direct, Indirect, TP and Tax Accounting) and related processes in the market in compliant, efficient and effective manner.

OBJECTIVES:

• Advisory and trainings provided to respective teams in the organization in the tax area to assure proper tax risk mitigation;
• Prepare alert tax updates (presentations) for all departments of the company, especially for newcomers and Finance staff, on major changes in tax and customs legislation and PMI global approaches in tax compliance;

• Analyze the company's tax, customs and business processes in order to identify areas of potential tax and/or customs risks;
• Assist the Manager or Supervisor Tax in review of the draft contracts
• Proactive monitoring (including price monitoring) with regard to the compliance with transfer pricing regulation;
• Monitor all changes in Ukrainian tax legislation and timely provide updates to the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education - Economics / Finance / Accounting and Audit (Specialist or Master);
• ACCA is a plus;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in taxation matters;
• Knowledge Regional Tax concepts;
• Basic Accounting knowledge;
• Ukrainian and Russian - proficient, English - fluent.
