About the position

We are looking for experienced and motivated Strategist who will strengthen our comprehensive proposals to clients and ensure strategic planning with current and potential clients of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Сollect the necessary information about the market in general and its individual segments, track market trends
• Supervise special research conducted by third parties, use/interpret research data, analyze sales/market statistics
• Search for strategic brand insights, analyze the effectiveness of development strategies of brands
• Develop communication strategies
• Provide clients with results of works with the main component being the communication strategy, brand building and development, marketing plan, marketing research etc
• Develop strategic part for year-long marketing and communication plans for clients, forecast and assess the effectiveness of promotions
• Consult Client Service team on all aspects of activities that go beyond project coordination (i.e. preparing information, understanding strategic planning etc.)
• Analyze and approve creative briefs discuss creative works for compatibility with development strategy
• Cooperate closely with the client in order to exchange information and develop a more systemic approach to building strategies
• Develop programs and participate directly in agency's programs that aim at promoting the agency and building its reputation on the market

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and management experience (consultancy experience is a plus), experience in Strategy development.

• Experience with data interpretation and research

• Upper-intermediate English, fluent Ukrainian

• Practical knowledge of marketing and communications, modern business processes, communication market trends

• Creativity and presentation skills, teamwork ability

• Tracking the current and anticipating future trends in promoting both client companies and their products and services

• Knowing the basics of business administration
