Now we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual for the position of International Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Qualifications & Experience:

• +6 months of experience in full cycle of IT recruiting processes;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search; LinkedIn as a business tool;
• Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
• Ability to learn fast, find and use new research tools;
• Advanced networking, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Goal-oriented personality, high level of self-organization.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting process for Western Europe and CIS countries;
• Cooperation with Higher Management to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates;
• Initial contact with candidates and processing them to recruitment team;
• Maintenance of databases and related reports;
• Providing support to new employees during their adaptation;
• To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.
