Junior IT Recruiter
ThunderSoft is a world leading smart platform technology provider. Headquartered in Beijing, ThunderSoft operates 27+ R&D centers and offices globally, 6000+ employees. We work with products in industries such as smartphones, IoT, automotive. Now we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual for the position of Junior IT Recruiter.
Qualifications & Experience:
- — +6 months of experience in full cycle of IT recruiting processes;
- — Upper-intermediate English;
- — Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool;
- — Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search;
- — Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
- — Ability to learn fast, find and use new research tools;
- — Negotiation skills and work with objections;
- — Advanced networking, communication and interpersonal skills;
- — Goal-oriented personality, high level of self-organization and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- — Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, social networks and other resources;
- — Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates;
- — Initial contact with candidates and processing them to recruitment team;
- — CV screening to match vacancies requirements;
- — Execute various market analysis reviews;
- — Maintenance of databases and related reports;
- — Creating job descriptions and distributing them via various Internet resources;
- — Providing support to new employees during their adaptation.
