Middle Project Manager

Trust Sourcing is looking for a skilled Middle Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:
— 2+ year of relevant experience in software management, architecture and development;
— Understanding of the mobile apps or web apps development cycle;
— Knowledge of project management theory;
— Ability to work unsupervised, with little management oversight;
— Excellent communication skills ;
— ability to work well under pressure;
— Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills;
— Advanced English (both written and verbal);
— Experience in direct communication with foreign clients will be a plus;
— Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, Risk management, Change management;
— Ability to lead teams in an Agile environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:
— Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects;
— Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients;
— Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies;
— Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality;
— Managing mobile projects from concept through delivery within the Scrum framework;
— Build a project roadmap/sprints plan by identifying team members’ work estimates, dependencies, and delivery dates;
— Communicate directly with customers and management about the project.
