What you will do:
• Take center stage in the Customer Experience journey;
• Address customer inquiries and requests through phone, chat, and email;
• Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely resolution;
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and consistently update your expertise;
• Identify and address client needs and concerns effectively;
• Coordinate and manage your weekly schedule in alignment with team requirements.

• Willingness to work 5 shifts per week (with 2 compulsory night shifts);
