Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced CFO to perform effective risk management and plan the company’s financial strategy. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the company’s financial planning;

• Plan and perform risk management responsibilities;

• Analysis and management of the organization’s liabilities and investments;

• Manage fundraising plans and capital structure;

• Define finance KPIs;

• Monitor and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable;

• Manage and retain relationships with diverse vendors;

• Prepare actual reports;

• Prepare and present forecasting reports;

• Adhere to the law and company’s policies.

Qualifications and skills:

• Proven previous experience as CFO, Financial Director, Financial Manager or relevant role;

• MA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field;

• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law;

• Hands-on experience with risk management;

• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;

• Proficient user of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP);

• Minimum the  Upper-Intermediate Level of English;

• Solid time-management and organizational skills;

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;

• Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.
