Databank Support Engineer

Areas of responsibility:

• Setting up, filling in and supporting our libraries for Dental System and Implant Planning software packages
• Working with our partners all over the world on receiving 3D data, technical clarifications, modifying and placing them into the databank
• Providing support of databank in terms of problems identification (if any occurs) and arranging them to be solved by the development

You should have experience in the following fields:

• Full working proficiency in written and spoken English
• Advanced PC user
• Previous experience in databank support (especially for a Dental software) is a big plus
• Degree in IT or/and linguistic will be a big advantage

You should possess the following personal competencies:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Quick learning ability
