Supply Chain Manager - Менеджер по закупкам

Our client, a leading US company, selling electronic devices mainly on Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Manager with strong negotiation and analytical skills.

As a Supply Chain Manager you will:

• Manage e-commerce supply functions ensuring the processes, and tools are in place to support business growth and operational efficiency

• Develop and maintain strong and effective professional relationships with vendors and partners in China and in the USA to ensure supply chain efficiency

• Optimize internal processes to improve forecasting, inventory management, demand planning, fulfillment, reporting and analysis, etc.

• Oversee demand planning process to set demand targets, optimal inventory levels, and re-forecast on a recurring basis using various data inputs

• Build and maintain supply chain reporting to inform data driven decisions and strategies

• Manage new product sourcing review process and identify new product opportunities

• Oversee purchasing process for owned inventory including planning and risk mitigation

• Oversee product life cycle including new product ordering, launches and discontinuations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce supply chain including forecasting, demand planning, inventory and vendor management

• Experience in sourcing products from China (suppliers research, quoting, negotiating).

• Experience in managing China to US supply chain and communication with Chinese suppliers (WeChat) as well as with freight forwarders.

• At least Upper Intermediate English

• Experience in sourcing products from China and communication with Chinese suppliers (WeChat, Alibaba) as well as and with freight forwarders.

• Master in Google sheets (or Excel) and making order in messy and complicated google sheets.

• Understanding freights and supply chain terms, DDU, DDP, Customs, HTS Codes, Trucks, Sea ship, air ship etc...

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience of working with Amazon will be a plus
