Delta Medical is looking for Head of Medical department

Main responsibilities:

• Leads the group of Medical Advisors Urkraine and the CIS region;
• Ensures efficient functioning and collaboration with all relevant functions;
• Ensures efficient collaboration with partners Medical Department, contributes to integration activities, implementation of developed strategies and providing inputs on the CIS needs;
• Ensures alignment of medical (and medical-marketing) strategies in the countries of the region, their adjustment to local needs and implementation;
• Collaborates with healthcare community and KOLs in Ukraine and the other countries across the CIS region;
• Supervises and executes, when needed, promotional materials development and approval;
• Leads and supervises medical assessments for the Company portfolio across Ukraine and the CIS;
• Leads and participates in medical trainings for the Company personnel
• Seeks feedbacks and suggestions from external customers and internal stakeholders for constant improvement of medical function;
• Oversees implementation of various business projects to achieve the strategic objectives;
• Ensures compliance with all local and regional regulatory requirements and Corporate Policies.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor degree (PhD is a benefit);
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian;
• Good overall understanding of pharmaceutical market trends (incl Rx and OTC);
• Good knowledge in different areas of medicine;
• At least 3 years of experience in Medical Department in a pharmaceutical company;
• At least 1 year of people manager’ experience;
• Experience in developing and/or executing medical strategy, incl launches, and its’ incorporation in common medical-marketing strategies;
• Experience in medical assessments of products for the company portfolio;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex scientific, or medical information and excellent presentation skills;
• Leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
