ABOUT YOU:

•    Knowledge of assessing learning and program impact;

•    Experience with online courses creation;

•    High level of written and verbal English skills;

•    Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently and meet strict deadlines;

•    Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR IMPACT: 

•    Work with subject matter experts, managers to set specific learning objectives and outcomes and ensure that content matches those objectives;

•    Do independent research, synthesis, and writing of instructional content on a variety of topics;

•    Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies;

•    Structure text massives, maintain project documentation and course folders;

•    Develop e-learning modules, case studies, digests, and other creative assets;

•    Communicate with all parties involved in online courses creation and management;

•    Review and implement internal feedback during the development process.
