Preferred qualifications:
- Work experience as a Product Owner from 1 year in the Bank
- Fluent English
- Understanding of business operations and processes
- Active listening, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel & Power Point user
- Analytical thinking
- Proactive, responsible and result-oriented
- Ability to plan your own work, to proactively set your tasks and priorities without constant monitoring
- Ability to work in multitasking mode
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure team understands the product vision and focused on product goal
- Focus on delivering the results in short iterations, constantly working to reduce time-to-value
- Create and maintain a well-organized product backlog with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value and customer needs
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between dev team, stakeholders and customers
- Participate in sprint planning, product backlog refinement, sprint review, retro
- Continuously assess and refine the backlog, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and customers as well as lessons learned from previous iterations
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with Business Owner to ensure the dev team priorities align with the overall bank priorities
- Work closely with Agile Coaches in order to foster collaboration, iterative approach and support organizational transformation
