What to do: 

• Cooperation with IT managers on team management issues;
• HR Support to IT Management;
• Development and implementation of new HR initiatives aimed on strengthening the corporate culture and growing the HR ecosystem;
• Implementation of HR practices (employee onboarding, goal setting, 1-1 meetings, performance management and health checks of teams);
• Support of career promotion matrix for IT area colleagues and facilitation of development plans;
• Preparation of HR analysis, search of areas for  improvement and work with them;
• Organization and implementation of various trainings and team building events.

The successful candidate has to have:

• High level of emotional intelligence;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking;
• Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills;
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment;
• 2+ years of experience in HR;
• Understanding of main HR metrics;
• Successful experience in working with multinational/ IT environment;
• Love to MS Office tool that helps being efficient in work (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong customer focus;
• Upper-intermediate level of English is required
