What to do:
- Cooperation with IT managers on team management issues;
- HR Support to IT Management;
- Development and implementation of new HR initiatives aimed on strengthening the corporate culture and growing the HR ecosystem;
- Implementation of HR practices (employee onboarding, goal setting, 1-1 meetings, performance management and health checks of teams);
- Support of career promotion matrix for IT area colleagues and facilitation of development plans;
- Preparation of HR analysis, search of areas for improvement and work with them;
- Organization and implementation of various trainings and team building events.
The successful candidate has to have:
- High level of emotional intelligence;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking;
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills;
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment;
- 2+ years of experience in HR;
- Understanding of main HR metrics;
- Successful experience in working with multinational/ IT environment;
- Love to MS Office tool that helps being efficient in work (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong customer focus;
- Upper-intermediate level of English is required
