Senior Relationship Manager for International Corporate Clients

Raiffeisen Bank Aval is looking for Senior Relationship Manager for International Corporate Clients.

What to do:

• search for international corporate clients (ICC), conducting negotiations
• establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing ICC clients
• selling all banking products to ICC customers
• providing ICC Customer Service communication and cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank International Group office employees
• consideration of ICC loan applications, their examination, preparation of collegial bodies draft decisions for the credit issues and submission of issues for approval
• establishment and approval of individual tariffs and other ICC customer service decisions / conditions, submitting issues for approval by the Bank's collegial bodies
• ensure the KPI implementation of the ICC client portfolio
• organization of effective interaction with the front-office and product divisions of the Bank in structuring and selling products
• work with young staff to increase and develop their professional skills

The successfulcandidate has:

• university degree
• work experience in sales of bank products at least 6 years (international corporate clients/ corporate business)
• networking with management of corporate clients and ICC clients
• building relationships with ICC clients
• knowledge of corporate business, retail and treasury products
• providing credit analysis for the corporate clients
• good understanding of political and economic environment
• excellent spoken and written English skills, sat least Upper-Intermediate level
• knowledge of German or other widely used languages will be an advantage
• excellent communication, organizational skills
• analytical and strategical thinking
